Position Title: Quality Engineer

Reports To: Quality Manager

Location: IDEX-Suzhou
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assist to solve internal quality problems
? Set up reasonable specification for products
? Customer complaint and warranty claims handling
? Using Quality tools to analyze and solve quality problems and make continual improvement
? Assist to develop, implement and maintain a good quality management system for the whole company
? Prepare monthly report and other reports for management team review
? Develop better measurement techniques to get more accurate measuring result
? Conduct internal audit independently
? Provide quality concept training for all employees

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
? Familiar with quality management system including ISO9001:2000
? Able to use QC seven tools to analyze and solve quality problems and make continual improvement
? Strong analytical ability
? Good experience in assembly line audit
? Familiar with use of common inspection tools and equipment such as: CMM, Height Gage, Go/No Go Gage, Caliper, Micrometer, Optical Comparitor, air driver etc....
? Proficient with reading mechanical drawings and specifications.

? Works well in a team environment
? Very honest
? Strong independent thinking and initiative
? Good communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Educational
? Bachelor degree, Engineering, Mechanical,

Professional
? 5 years experience with quality control
? Experienced process and quality systems auditor
? Good understanding of Quality Systems: ISO 9001:2000
? Familiar with Quality methodologies
? Ability to speak, listen, write and read English proficiently
? Can use MS office such as Excel, Word etc.
