职位描述

Nature and Purpose:
-Responsible for the leadership, management and development of the technical support team in the region
-To support Global Head of Technical Support to execute global technical support strategy
-To drive the technical support team to achieve the quarter revenue and KPI target
-To ensure the technical support teams augment the effectiveness of gaining incremental business across all sales channels. Drive high performance through people management and Company’s strategy at all times
-To resolve intensive technical questions with specialist knowledge

Accountabilities with Key Outcomes:
-Develop, measure & execute technical service level agreements (SLA) to maintain excellent multi-channel technical services to customers
-Drive the daily technical support activities to gain the incremental business across all sales channels, and support Strategic Alliance business through technical specialism
- Interface with CC Managers, Sales Management, Product Management to establish/ maintain strategic direction of the Technical support Organization
-Build best in class highly engaged technical support team to execute global technical support strategy
- Identify the training opportunity to improve both technical skill and soft skills of technical support team, develop the talents to support the fast business growth and Strategic Alliance business.
-Full people management accountabilities including selection, induction and retention of team members to ensure the right mix of skills and abilities to meet current and future requirements.
-Manage the technical support teams in compliance with both PF policy and local regulations
-Carry out any ad hoc project work / reporting as required so as to assist in the efficient and effective operations of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
-BS Degree in Electronics or Electronics Engineering.
-A minimum of 3~5 years of experience managing a considerable size of technical team
-2 – 3 years of hands-on design or application experience in a specific field of specialization, deep understanding about the electronics product development process and EDE’s requirement
-Strong knowledge about various electrical/ electronic components and electronics system in specific application
-Proven leadership and people management skills, Excellent ability to motivate, develop and mentor the staffs
-Ability to lead the team to develop the new business for the company
-Ability in building and maintaining internal and external working relationships.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to plan and prioritise a demanding workload using all available resources.
-Strong team builder with focus on both external and internal
Desirable
-MS in Electronics or Electronics Engineering
-Knowledge of electronics distribution business
-Experience in managing the field application engineers or technical service team
