职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Meet Production Schedule.
2.Meet Plant Quality and other established performance metrics.
3.Ensure Plant Equipment is properly maintained.
4.Develop Monthly/ Annual Department plan ensure staffing and equipment levels are adequate.
5.Develop Policies, Rules, and Instructions as needed to ensure all aspects are being done according to a standardized method and necessary records are maintained.
6.Ensure compliance to TS16949
7.Be able to develop and establish goals and objectives for department and monitor progress.
8.Develop annual departmental capitol and expense operating budgets.
9.Must drive continuous improvement and demonstrate annual savings to operating costs.
10. Develop training and education plans for department employees.
Requirements:
1.4 year College Education required, preferably Business or Technical degree.
2.Fluid or Sealing experience is highly prefered.
3.5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing facility.
4.Previous Management Experience preferred.
5.A strong understanding and experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques is a strong plus.
6.Good Communicator with all levels of employees.
7.Must be analytical and able to develop corrective actions and solve problems.
8.Good command of Basic Computer skills.
9.Must be Team oriented Individual who can direct activities.
10.Must lead by example and should be a hands on type person.
