Requirement:

1.Above 3 years PE experience in manufacturing factory;
2.Master lean production, have been had specialized training experience with the LEAN tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kanban, TPM, JIT, Cellular Mfg, SMED, etc.);
3.Have had successful lean improvement project experience;
4.Good English in speaking and writing.
5.Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skill

JD:

1. Manufacturing
Develop and improve manufacturing line to increase manufacturing efficiency
2. Manufacturing process
(1) Maintain workshop line layout to comply with manufacturing policy
(2) Improve line architecture
(3) Improve floor material flow
(4) Solve mold and process abnormity with related guys
(5)Provide prompt support to production avoiding line stoppage
(6)Attend Daily meeting and follow-up relative actions required
(7)Develop line work instructions (SOP)and train operators/Improve line efficiency
3. Performance
Maintain line running smoothly to ensure product is produced according to work order
4.New Projects Introduction and set up process control
5.Lean project
6.Quality Performance
Optimize manufacturing process and quality control points to ensure quality KPI on target
7.Cost control
Manage maintenance cost and optimize capacity investment, and calculate standard time for each process
