岗位职责：
1.负责所在城市的销售业绩、对项目盈亏、长期发展运营的结果负责；
2.直接汇报上海销售部；
3.贯彻执行公司的销售策略，根据销售任务制定本站的销售打法策略及安装维护计划；
4.根据本城市的特色（含竞对情况）和其他城市的经验，及时调整优化销售策略；
5.在总部基本制度的前提下,不断梳理优化本站销售团队和运维（运营）团队的工作机制和员工成长机制；
6.负责总部及上级领导交待的其他任务；

任职要求：
1.为人正派，抗压能力强，责任心强，事业心强，精力充沛；
2.情商高，组织、协调、沟通能力强，具备较强的领导能力；
3.销售能力出色，团队管理能力扎实；
4.对市场变化敏感，能根据公司的产品特点、销售政策、竞对情况来及时调整本地的销售打法策略；
5.3年以上销售团队和运营团队管理经验，有行业工作经验者优先；
6.有互联网、移动互联网，尤其是O2O行业经验者优先；
7.有独立解决问题的能力，亲手搭建销售团队和运营团队经验者优先；
8.大专及以上学历，英语听说读写熟练，能直接和外籍人员口语交流；
9.具备有丰富的谈判技巧，熟悉与大型客户谈判的能力优先
10.性别不限，一经录用，将至上海总公司培训一周，公司承担所有差旅费。
