职位描述
Position Purpose:
- To support the sales with timely and accurate selling price, pricing bids, work with sales team for bidding preparation, rebate documents, credits confirm, ect
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to sales with timely and accurate selling price, pricing bids, work with sales team for bidding preparation, rebate documents, credits confirm, ect., to meet tight deadlines; be a bridge among PLM of BU, sales and management on bidding proposal issues
2. Maintain ICO price, effective selling price, customer information in SAP, take care cost maintain input by Finance
3. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with RFS product pricing policies, procedures, implement and work on special price application, approval.
4. Contract management including creation, review and analysis of contract prices, troubleshoot and research pricing discrepancies, work with business and legal on contract and bidding terms review and updates
5. Fully compliance to company policy, be responsible for third party screening, compliance term execute.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree
? At least 2 years similar work experiences
? Good English skills
? Be good at office software
? Familiar with business principle (contract, bidding)
? Good communication skill
? SAP operation skill
? High standard of responsibility and accountability;
? Strong time management skill
? Good interpersonal ability.
? Sense of urgency to serve customer needs
? Positive and good team player
? Basic RFS product knowledge
