Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in some form of engineering required
- Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production
- Good personal communication skill
- Able to train manufacturing process and equipment
- Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- AutoCAD capability preferred
- Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including CPI, P/DFMEA, SPC, etc.
- Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and controls
- Self motivated, strong responsibilities
- Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English
- Able to travel as required
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge is preferred
- Familiar with the creation and modification of PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD, & WI


Responsibilities:

- Lead Manufacturing Engineers for tooling/ equipment run off/ debug/ installation
- Lead the implementation of CPI assignment on time
- Monitor the capital spending for projects in the plant
- Lead the process problem solving / root cause analysis
- Follow Internal Control procedure, resolve the non-compliance in time
- Lead the optimization of manufacturing process to meet Uptime, FTQ and Changeover goals
