职位描述
职责Responsibilities:
新供应商或潜在供应商的评审和和开发协助；
主导并会同工程和采购Sourcing对新供应商或潜在供应商做体系及质量能力评估；
审核供应商提交新产品开发的PFMEA和CP是否充分和可行；
新样件的接受（含供应商提交的相关报告）及质量符合性检测及确认；
新样件的不符合性反馈及供应商整改后重新提交的确认；
现有供应商的交付质量绩效追踪和定期评审；
建立供应商交付质量绩效评估细则和记录；
供应商质量问题反馈与跟踪，如质量改善报告和8D报告等并确认整改结果的有效性；
定期对供应商的质量体系及过程质量控制有效性进行评审，反馈及协助其提升质量、成本和交付方面的竞争力；
供应商质量保证文件的审核与保存；
了解和帮助供应商建立或改善标准作业流程；
协助部门建立标准作业流程和规范供方管理，如档案建立和体系文件的创建等
供方管理流程的细化和优化，程序的建立和记录的实施；
内部过程质量控制的细化和优化，程序的更新和记录的实施；
岗位任职要求Requirements for the Position:
全日制本科及以上学历，有三年以上相关工作经验；
有丰富的铸造、机加工和冲压等领域的相关经验；
优秀的沟通和协调能力；
熟悉ISO/TS16949:2002质量体系；
作风顽强，办事果敢；
有一定的英语沟通能力；
