3. 具有机械电子，气动和液压知识。熟悉应用电子元气件如：传感器，气缸，电磁阀，马达或PLC 编程

Know mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge .Familiar with

, familiar with electrical components application such as Sensor, cylinder,

solenoid valve, motor and PLC Programming .

4. 熟悉绘图软件AUTO-CAD 等软件；

Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD software.

工作职责及内容：

1.负责设备的保养和问题解决，确保生产设备的正常运行

2.简历TPM系统，提高生产设备的运行时间和能力（OEE, MTTR&MTBF)

3.准备设备作业指导书，培训生产线员工进行日常检查和保证设备在良好状态

4.参与项目前期与设备相关工作（PFMEA反馈，设备设计评审，新设备安装调试等）

5.建立备品，备件仓库管理，确保保养工作的顺利进行

6.评估技术员工能力并提供必需的培训

7.支持技术员解决设备问题

8.指定设备标准并参与设备的预验收和终验收

9.制作并管理设备管理卡，整理收集设备资料信息，对预防性维护计划的执行进行监督

10.支持新项目，保证项目顺利投产

11.服从上级安排，完成上级交办的其他工作。
