About Tax
Tax and regulatory issues are on top of the mind for many companies operating around the world today. As a tax professional, you’ll help organisations and individuals to maximise their tax efficiency and manage their tax risks. You’ll achieve this through the advice you give to your clients on conducting proper tax planning, and helping them to fully meet their tax compliance obligations.

Taxation in a fast- paced business environment is exciting and intellectually stimulating. To meet the challenges, you’ll need to constantly develop your tax knowledge and research skills. As you progress, you’ll likely become specialised in certain specific areas of tax and/or industry segments.

Job Description:

• Work with partner to determine an overall business development strategy and execution plans;
• Identify and develop relationship with potential clients. Maintain and manage relationship with key clients;
• Perform client needs analysis, determine key areas of service to pursue, develop value propositions and pitches for the client;
• Identify and work with partners with relevant expertise for services selling;
• Broaden and deepen new client relationship to maximise revenue streams;
• Coordinate with other lines of services, and exchange new leads that may be interested by each other's services; and
• Stay up to date in industry and with market trends to support partner in the development of offerings and team capabilities.

Requiremnts:

• At least 5 (for M) or 8 years (for SM) of sales and business development experiences from in-house or consulting in urban planning project area;
• Need to have government project experience. Understand the approval process and have worked with government before;
• Manages projects and economics efficiently; planning and performing work in accordance with client requirements and Tax professional standards;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• High motivation levels and a self starter;
• Open minded, agile with change and practical; and
• Committed to self develop and coaching of others for growth.
