Job Description & Responsibilities:
You will be joining our Technology Consulting team to advise and help our Banking clients on:

• IT system design/implementation, or
• IT strategy planning, or
• Enterprise Architecture design

As an Assistant Manager, you will be working closely with your engagement manager to provide high level consulting services to our clients through project delivery and support.

As a Manager, you will be working hands in hands with Senior Managers and Associate Directors in managing the project delivery, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with clients, researching on the new market trends and developing new consulting products or services.

Reporting structure & key relationships:
Reporting to:Senior Managers and above
Reporting staff:Senior Associate and below

Requirements:

• 6+ Years of practical experience in IT consulting, focus on IT system design/implementation or IT strategy planning or Enterprise Architecture design;
• Strong knowledge and experience in dealing with Banking clients;
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skills;
• Ability to deal with high level senior management as well as technical, operational level staff;
• Clear record of project management or team leader capability;
• Fluent English read, writing and communication skill; and
• Frequent Business travel is required.
