Job Description:
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Handle all HR affairs:
- Make HR plans, such as taking part in organizational structure adjustment, procedures reengineering; make HR policies and annual budget, update job description and other Admin and HR documents; supervise department staff;
- Recruitment: choose, interview and appraisal candidates by means of efficient methods, in order to cover vacancies and new positions, and contact outsourcing consultant companies to search for proper employees and retain them;
- Training: Make plan of annual and orientation training and organize and direct collective actions for team building;
- C&B: redesign and modify C&B policies, and set up competitive system, and fulfill monthly payroll;
- ER: Solve problems of labor relation by effective, punctual ways and coordinate the relevant issues according to labor law, coordinate supervisors to communicate with staff;
- Ensure the manpower requirements in accordance to the GM and the department leaders.

Qualification:
- Education degree in human resources + psychology
- 4 years working experience in similar position + experience in leadership
- Team spirit
- Responsibility for co-worker and company
- High commitment
- Motivation for all employees
- Good English (verbal and written) and good at communication
