Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Establish, update the facility maintenance plan and choose the qualified supplier to arrange, implement the maintenance work.
2. Handling the emergency trouble case for public facilities.
3. Select all public facilities' information &establish the archive for them.
4. Responsible for choosing qualified supplier to maintain the special equipment such as crane, forklift, pressure vessel, pressure pipe etc.
5. To select, analyse, handle relevant operation status for all public facilities.
6. According to the production requirement, maintain the public facilities periodically and aperiodically in order to reduce the breakdown rate and ensure that facilities could operate in normal status.

Educational Requirements
1. bachelor degree in mechanotronics, autocontrol, electric or HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning)
2. 3-5 years experience in facility maintenance field in manufacturing company.
3. Have the professional skills in facility maintenance field.
4. Strong capacity of planning, organization and communication.
5. Excellent computer Microsoft Office skill ;
6. Fluent in written and simple oral English.
