Job requirement:

- Above 26 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or engine disciplines is preferred

- Minimum 3years experience of project management in automotive industry; Knowledge of internal-combustion engine working principle/ new energy automobile technology are essential, working experience on water pump in automobile or related is highly preferred

- Be familiar with TS16949 tools and customer APQP procedure; Reading and understanding engineering drawings is necessary; Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and Auto CAD, prefer to know 3D software but not a must

- Fluent in written, reading and oral English

Business trip is necessary

Job responsibility:

- Must be capable of planning and organizing technical projects and design work against deadlines at minimum technical risk.

- Define project scope and resources through the Project Initiation Request (PIR) process and utilizes project management tools such as PDT, timelines, design specifications and issues logs etc. to execute projects align with Gates 4 phase procedure

- Ensures customer requirements are translated into product specifications for all disciplines to ensure quotations are properly and timely prepared.

- Fulfill technical interface function in front of customer to present engineering question and answers.

- Works closely with Sales, Product Designer, R&D team and Plant Product Launch Managers if available to manage overall program profitability.

Have a sense for urgency and keeps project timing in focus to meet all milestones.
