Responsibilities
He/she is responsible for:
1, Schindler fixtures products roadmap management;
2, New competitive fixtures products development to achieve cost targets and market requirements;
3, Existing fixtures products quality management (fast handling of claims);
4, Code change tracking and code deviation analyse to make sure Schindler elevator fixtures are code compliant;
5, Work as fixture PJM to manage project successfully (scope, schedule, and budget) to achieve right quality product delivery;
Product Management;
1, Product roadmap management
？ Technical requirements management;
？ Architecture & Interfaces management;
2, Identify new requirements and product ideas and evaluate feasibility;
3, Support CPM and SPM in planning of new products and roadmaps;
4, Support CPM and SPM in planning MOL/CIP activities;
5, Network with all key stakeholders to understand their needs and manage their
expectations.
Project Management
1, Define the scope of the project together with SPM (MOL task with CPM);
2, Review scope, specification, deliverables and project plan with SPM, SPJM, CPM
and project team, and establish the project contract;
3, Lead project team, follow-up and keep them focused on the project goals. Track
progress and initiate appropriate actions (balancing scope, quality, deadlines,
product and project-cost);
4, Manage Project Risks: Continuously anticipate risk that could jeopardize the project
schedule, budget or quality. Evaluate them and define and execute contingency
plans;
5, Milestone reviews. Issue pre-readings. Present the project status, based
on the PCP milestone-deliverables;
6, Actively follow-up field feedback during 0-series & ensure timely resolution of
problems.
Quality Assurance & Change management
1, Claims solving (CIR);
2, Lead the Change Control Board (CCB) to manage all changes during the project
execution and MOL-CIP;
3, Negotiate patent analyse and paten apply;
4, Define scope of integration and qualification-tests (test-environment, Field Trials Proposal);
5, Analyse feedback and initiate appropriate actions (CCB).


Qualifications
1, Bachelor with rich experience or Master Degree (Electrical, Mechanical) Engineer
knowledge in project management, logistic and manufacturing;
2, min. 3 years as PJM / PM;
3, min. 5 years in R&D;
4, Experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering;
5, Elevator control system / Fixtures knowledge as plus;
6, Basic elevator system know-how as plus;
7, Fluent English writing and speaking;
8, Quality and reliability engineering methods;
9, Engineering and design methods;
10, Project management;
11, Communication skills, dealing with international & multicultural teams.
