职位描述
Responsibilities：
? To assist in the comprehensive facility, contract, Finance payment on the JLL Microsystems system.
? Work with and follow regional finance requirement to run weekly and monthly finance report (MI , Project tracking list etc….)
? Work with and compliant with client's finance focus point requirement to submit and bill to client by monthly.
? Follow LFOC finance request to build effective form to trace each payment item.
? Assist Account manager to manage budget issue.
? Assist Account to do procurement management, such as bidding and RFA process.
Requirements：
? Bachelor in Accounting / Finance
? 2-3 years related working experience
? Strong sense on job responsibility'' honest'' careful
? Good communication skill
? Good team player
? Ability to work under pressure
? Fast learner
? Fluent in English both in oral and writing
? Familiar with MS office software'' especially Word and Excel
