工作职责：

1. 开发新的客户资源，并和已有客户保持良好联系，发掘潜在的商业机会，并协助部门争取新的客户；
2. 负责准备项目清单，安排项目考察，向客户进行市场分析和展现推荐物业的投资价值；
3. 以专业和高效的方式完成自己开发的和分配的投资客户的跟踪服务；
4. 保证任务和项目进展按计划时间完成，并以维护客户的利益为原则；
5. 主动的进行客户和项目的管理，并能同时胜任多个工作任务，明确任务的目标是促成客户成交。

任职要求：

1. 具有本科以上学历，房地产、市场营销、金融或者经济类专业优先；
2. 具有较强的项目资源和销售技巧；
3. 具有较强的客户服务意识和沟通技巧；
4. 具有良好的英语沟通能力，熟练的英文书写技巧；
5. 具有5年或以上在商业地产顾问公司、投资公司、房地产、保险公司或信托公司工作经验；
6. 具有政府、国企公司，保险公司等良好的客户关系和资源。

Responsibilities

1. Source and create business opportunities by developing existing and potential client relationships and assisting department to win new clients;
2. Prepare option list, organize inspections, analyze market, and demonstrate the value of suggested properties;
3. Complete self-start and assigned investment deal from start to finish in efficient professional manner;
4. Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely efficient fashion benefiting the client;
5. Active project management, manages multiple tasks, and concentrate on deal closing.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate, marketing, finance or economics is preferable;
2. Strong network of project sourcing and sales skill;
3. Strong customer service sense and negotiation skill;
4. Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin;
5. At least 5 years or above experience in commercial real estate agency / investment / development / trust company;
6. Have proven relationship with government or state companies, insurance companies
