职位描述
Position: Supplier Quality Engineering Supervisor
Reporting to: Supplier Quality Engineering Manager
Direct Reports: Supplier Quality Engineering
- The candidate is required to provide leadership and guidance to a team Supplier Quality Engineers'(SQEs)daily activities and progress updates.
- Communicate weekly and monthly progress reports to customers
- Manage and control travel costs
- The scope of work is in China where the candidate will require to travel during the weekdays.
- Develop and improve supplier relationships and ensure the vendors are providing maximum service and highest quality.
- Travel to customer's location is necessary.
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the manufacturing & supply chain area
- Solid experience and good understanding of the issues and concerns related to managing sourcing and supply chain function in Automotive industry
- Demonstrate experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma used in conjunction with statistical tools to drive process improvements is a plus
- Advance Product Quality Planning(APQP)understanding and Production Products Approval Process(PPAP)experience is required
- Ability to converse in English(written and oral)
- Chinese & English CV is required
