Essential Responsibilities

The JV Engineering Pursuit & System Roadmap expert & Marketing Sales Engineering Support Focal is responsible for managing complex developing systems level roadmaps, identifying opportunities for new integration plays and coordinating engineering efforts for commercial aircraft avionics systems and aircraft computing platform pursuits. This position will require close coordination with the business pursuit, product managers, and marketing teams in aligning the strategic pursuits to meet the business roadmap objectives. In this role, you will: • Identify key aviation market drivers and identify respective solutions. • Coordinate the Voice of Customer (VOC) program and analyze data to deliver actionable insights • Coordinate the activities with Product Marketing to create communicate and appropriate customer value that builds the opportunity pipeline • Manage and track key metrics, VOC quality, and Customer Value Propositions • Collaborate with team of professionals to determine strategic national/regional or client specific objectives • Participate in the negotiation with Tech Sales • Assist in crafting new services, offerings and pricing strategies to meet business objectives • Effectively communicate complex market, regulatory and risk management data between team of analysts and customer representatives • Use corporate market research data to leverage effectiveness • Utilize familiarity with industry competitors to help facilitate offering differentiation • Interact with customer engineering organizations to define and shape the requirements for future aircraft systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 10 years technical experience with major aircraft/avionics development programs • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, as required.
