JOB SUMMARY
This position focuses on the system & network maintenance and provides end-user IT supports and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.End-users service:
-Software installation for end-users and maintenance
-Hardware maintenance for end-users
-Consultant to end-users for usage of software & hardware
-Service request response
-Record user non-standard application license
2.System, network & application administration if any at site level:
-Configuration management
-Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc.
-System & network security control & virus defense
3.PABX system management & maintenance if any at site level.
4.Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line
5.System & data backup
6.Responsible for incident & problem tracker
7.IT assets management & distribution on site.
8.Technical and operation manual documentation
9.Support Corporate IT activities when required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND APTITUDE REQUIREMENT
Good Work plan & priority management

Preferred MCP or MCSE certificate ;Hardware/OA problem analysis ability
Basic network maintenance skill
Follow and practice Hi-P culture diligently ;Good in communication

Service-oriented attitude

Good in SOP documentation
Basic System & network security skill ;Anti-Virus / Anti-SPAM experience

Able to follow & implement Corporate standards.

Centralized backup/recovery experience

Pay attention to detail

Strong planning and implementation capability
