Responsibilities职位职责:
1,Responsible for Purchasing in regard to building up satisfied system to ensure the successful operation of whole company;
策略采购部负责为公司建立完善的采购体系，以保证公司生产的顺利进行；
2,Responsible for purchasing engineer to developing, choosing and evaluating supplier in order to set up a fine purchasing system;
采购工程师主要负责供应商的开发、选择、评估，使公司具有完善的采购管理系统；
3,Coordinate the purchasing activity between the suppliers and SCN functions for Jading new plant.The signing of the agreements;
负责框架协议的签定；
4,Developing and choosing new suppliers and new purchasing request;
负责为新的采购需求选择、开发供应商；
5,Bargaining with suppliers;
负责和供应商谈判价格；
6,Reducing cost;
负责降低采购成本；
7,Evaluating suppliers;
负责对供应商的评估；
8,Accept safety education and training;
接受安全生产教育和培训；
9,Abide the company's safety production rules and regulations and working instructions strictly, use PPEs correctly.
严格遵守单位安全生产规章制度和操作规程,正确佩戴和使用劳动防护用品。

Qualifications任职要求：
1,College or above;
大专及以上学历；
2,5+ years experience on NPMS purchasing, like Mechanical and Electrical equipments, fixture and admin request;
5年以上的工作经验，熟悉非生产物料及服务采购,如机电设备,工装夹具和行政服务等等；
3,Good at communicating and have strong team spirit and responsibility;
善于沟通、协调、有较强的工作责任心；
4,Familiar with Office Microsoft Ware, SAP and eSoucing tools;
熟练、运用Office 软件, SAP 以及电子坐标工具；
5,Have good skill of reading and writing in English (CET-4 above).
有良好的英语读写能力 (4级以上)。
