工作职责 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Cooperate with sales team, ensure to offer on-site technical service and material configurations to the customers (Consulting, aids, demonstrations etc.)
配合销售团队，保证为顾客提供现场技术服务以完成材料配置（咨询，协助，示范等）；
Participate for the on-site installations when company is in charge of material configuration for the completion.
当场地的材料配置由公司负责时，直接参与工地的材料施工；
Ensuring the floor installation and maintenance for sports fields during the period of some important campaigns;if necessary, repacking of material also be included.
确保场地的铺设以及在一些活动期间确保场地的维护（展会、网球赛、高尔夫球赛等）；如果必要，也包括拆卸；
Training for the commercial agents to complete the installation for different products.
对代理商进行培训以完成不同种类产品的施工；
In charge of customer complaints on site investigation and reporting.
负责客户投诉的现场调查并形成报告；
Participating in the proposals laying instruction of floor covering and related updating affairs.
参与提议地板铺设的施工操作手册以及相关的更新事项；
Ensuring the training (Especially to the agents of company) about how to install and maintain the products in the gymnasium area or other construction sites.
实施产品安装和维护的培训（尤其对公司的经销商），包括在运动场馆或其它的施工现场；
Ensure to report to Technical service supervisor timely for the daily technical service job status.
向技术服务主管及时汇报技术服务的日常工作状况。
