Requirement:

-30-40 years old, bachelor degree in automobile/engine industry or related disciplines

-Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent (HNC, etc.), preferably in mechanical engineering. Three to five years above of closely related experience within an engineering lead for testing discipline.

-Be capable of planning and performing lab assigned work in a timely manner,

-Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings

-Fluent oral and written English

Job Responsibility:

-Planning test lab workload allocation according to test needs (SPT test, internal durability test, function test.) and work closely with Product design team and System Project Engineering team.

-Establish the standard DV and PV standard, set up product &system DVPR to make sure all failure modes and risk point is validated.

-Be responsible for prototype sample build up, special SPT samples, component making, purchase requesting and assembly as standard procedure.

-Be Responsible for testing equipment design and maintenance to align with Gates global requests and then fulfill customer end requests.

-To leading validation part analysis as well as return part from field, to generate out test report and failure mode databank.

-Connect with Global technical center and other regions for exchange the test rig and test result, continue improvement the test capability.

Good understanding of test techniques, including measurement of mechanical vibration, and instrumentation.
