Description:
1. To develop data-based, insightful market entry strategies for a variety of Corning businesses in China, in conjunction with the concerned divisions
2. To lead teams that will be responsible for delivering such strategies
3. To communicate and sell strategies to senior management within divisions and Corning China
4. In many cases, to work with business divisions to deploy the strategies that are developed
5. To identify short term incremental sales/cost reduction opportunities for Corning businesses in China
6. To work in partnership with China-based sales teams to develop customer interaction plans, distributor incentives, and other tactical commercial initiatives
Requirements:
1. Technical undergraduate
2. MBA or equivalent preferred
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin
4. Experience working with US companies
5. Experience in strategy development and strategy process management. Consulting experience a plus
6. Experience in consumer electronics, Telecom industries a plus
