General Accountant,地点：青浦
Superior: Direct: General Manager & Functional: Chief Accountant of Hueppe Group
1. 初创公司，规模20+，产品为定制品，国内工厂负责装配
2. 负责公司所有财务、会计工作，财务一把手
3. 向德国总部CFO和中国区CEO直接汇报，需英语流利
Purpose of the function:
？ Fulfillment of all accounting requirements based on local finance and tax law and US-GAAP
？ Improvement of existing accounting processes and install new processes for a reliable accounting in the new production facility
Main responsibilities:
？ Month’s end closing and year end closing in local GAAP and US GAAP
？ Finance-, payroll- and fixed assets accounting
？ Customer invoicing
？ Internal reporting to the Germany Headquarter and support reporting to the Masco Corporation
？ Forecasts and budget
？ Act as interface between the local entity and the currently used external accountant (Grant Thornton)
？ Act as interface between the company and local authorities, auditors both for accounting / controlling and all tax issues
？ Responsibility for compliance with Masco and Hueppe internal controls and policies ？
KPI’s
？ Timely and error free reporting in local GAAP and US GAAP
？ Increase of efficiency of all accounting processes
？ Set up a reliable accounting for the production facility
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge
？ Experience as Chinese accountant in all accounting tasks including customer invoicing, tax reporting, year-end closing preferably in a production company
？ Experience in US GAAP reporting preferably already as an accountant for a US corporation
？ Experience with internal control systems like Sarbanes Oxley act
？ Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
？ Excellent analytical skills
？ ？Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel
