KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
l Low Cost Sourcing
1. Conduct and execute strategic sourcing to increase global LCC (Low Cost Country) and LCL (Low Cost Localization) spend and savings;
2. Coordinate new supplier selection and qualification in terms of capability, competitiveness, quality, service and financial stability (if applicable) to support business expansion;
3. Negotiate sourcing contractual terms and conditions with suppliers to obtain the most beneficial conditions for TE;
l Regional Leverage, Supplier Consolidation
Identify and leverage opportunities with local procurement functions to drive savings with BU synergy;
l Market intelligence Development
Report regional market trends and develop potential suppliers in emergent regions and countries;
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
l Engineering or Business-related Bachelor, at least 5 year experience with sourcing or project management in electronics industry;
l At least 3 year working experience with commodity sourcing, prefer to high speed stamping, die-casting or precision molding;
l Good negotiating, communication, presentation and problem solving skills;
l Fluent in English and Mandarin;
