Engineering System Specialist

Role Summary/Purpose:
Engineering system specialist is responsible for engineering data management, maintain and manage the engineering system, as well as support quality management system (TS16949&ISO17025).


Major Responsibilities:
？ Engineering Data Management
？ Control and Maintain Product development process documents & records.
？ Collect and Inform Engineering Spec (GB/ISO/Uscar /DIN) in time.
？ Standardization Audit for Engineering data.
？ Manage Engineering System (DM-TEC&PDMLINK&EC-TEC&CPR&CRA) as administrator and solve basic system issue.
？ Collect engineering data (eg.EC) and Report for analysis and follow up.
？ Create and Maintain Engineering Sharepoint.
？ Free samples Application by company Web.
？ Quality Management System(TS16949)
？ Cooperate with engineering team to establish the procedure of new product risk prevention and mitigation.
？ Use process approach to identify the insufficiency of current TE engineering practice from the view of quality system and cooperate with team to improve it.
？ Review the corresponding procedure of TE global, digest it and translate the applicable, useful practice (format, checklist etc) into TE SH engineering center for usage.
？ Work with QA together to facilitate and support the internal/external audit in engineering center.
？ Lab Quality Management System(ISO17025)
？ Support lab quality system (QM& QP& Form) set up, maintenance and improvement.
？ Conduct internal process audits and lab internal system audits annually as planned at Lab.
？ Coordinate customer & external audits and follow up actions.
？ Provide relative training to new person.
？ Other tasks related arranged by department.


Qualification Requirements:
As mandatory:
？ Proficiency with Windows, Excel& PPT.
？ Good knowledge for quality management systems (ISO9001/TS16949) and methods.
？ Familiar with APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA.
？ Above 2 years work experience in quality system management in automotive industry.
？ Bachelor’s Degree or above，major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field.
？ Good English Skill on reading and writing.
？ Individual and Team work ethic.
As preferred:
？ Familiar with Lab quality management system（CNAS auditor）.
？ Proficiency with Sharepoint & Minitab.
