Job Responsibilities:

? Perform day to day operations of payroll data maintenance, payroll processing via SAP System and ADP System
? Provide regular reports to relative departments/third parties, insurance enrolment ,bonus provision, Individual Income Tax (IIT), General Ledger (GL) posting file in high quality
? Handle high level Q&A from employees related individual payroll and company C&B policies
? Work on continued payroll process improvement
? Support any China C&B related work and projects, such as annual Mercer survey report, company C&B policy harmonization etc


Key Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in HR related or English
? Minimum of three years of working experience
? English proficiency is a must
? Familiar with SAP system
