Key responsibilities:
? make annual audit planning, including risk based analysis and business risk assessment
? assist in HQ’s internal audit team leader; coordinate audit preparation, communicate findings with HQ audit team in a timely manner, obtain their agreement on root cause of issues and track the implementation of improvement plans
? responsible for company compliance issues; assist corporate compliance officer in the compliance review or lead the trainings on compliance policies
? 40% travel rate in China, oversees all business units of the company

Key Requirements:
? bachelor degree in finance or related subjects
? a minimum of three years audit experience in foreign manufacturing companies
? both Sarbanes Oxley experience and a previous role of compliance officer are preferred
? good English in both written and oral
