职位描述
Job Purpose:
Manage & resolve the day-to-day Customs related operation issues; work with Customs Brokers / IE agents to ensure timely customs clearance.
Develop & implement solutions for customs clearance leadtime & cost improvement without jeopardising customer service levels.
Establish & maintain customs clearance SOP & SLA
Develop & report on Customs Clearance KPI.
Review & follow up with Customs Brokers / IE on corrective actions.
Handle Customs audit
Develop methodology for assigning HS Codes
Assign HS Codes
Develop & maintain HS Codes database
Categorizing / classification of parts
Develop expertise in China Customs laws & regulations.
Skills, Know How and experience
Diploma holder
2 years related experience in supporting multi-national customs in WGQ Free Trade Zone
Must be able to communicate effectively across all level.
Good MS Office skills. Strong in Excel. Microsoft Access knowledge preferred.
Background in working with forwarder or integrator preferred.
CET Level 4 or above with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
