POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Take responsibility of centrifugal contracts design to support the Centac business growth, including technical discussion with PM, 3D model design, engineering documents compile, product sustaining, cost control for contracts design, VAVE work; Meet technology requirements and government codes. Provide technical support to product management, sales and service teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work closely with regional engineering team to do Centrifugal contracts design, and implement products transfer from other regions.
2. Improve team capability to better support operation and sales.
3. Improve product quality; provide support to operation, sourcing, quality, sales and PM teams.
4. Comply with IR policy, disciplines, and ISO process.

Qualifications:

1. Engineering bachelor degree.
2. Have related experience of centrifugal compressor, familiar with compressor system.
3. Related experience of manufacture/operation is preferred.
4. Successful experience on new centrifugal compressor development.
5. Good oral/writing/reading English.
6. Good communication skills.
