Job Description:

1. 根据公司战略发展目标，负责公司工业测量领域业务拓展，促进销售增长。

Business development of FBA-IMS(Focus Business Area-Industry Measurement Solution) according to corporate

strategy. Promote and grow the sales for the defined FBA.

2. 根据公司市场策略与业务拓展计划，调动公司资源开发目标市场。

According to company's business strategies and promotion plans, mobilize company resources to develop target

markets.

3. 为目标客户、现有客户提供提案和解决方案等。

Prepare proposal and solutions to new target and existing customers.

4. 组织搜集和汇报市场发展趋势及变化、新应用、新机会、竞争态势、风险与挑战等。

Collect and report FBA market trend and changes, new applicaiton, new opportunities, competition and red-light

issues and so on.

5. 销售工具开发，如展示文档、应用案例、竞争分析等。

Develop/Maintain appropriate sales tools for sales force, such as presentation, application note, competitor

comparison sheet, etc.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation Automation as basic

requirement.

2. Above 3-year work experience and minimum 1-year experience in sensors, instrumentation or automation.

3. Technical, marketing or sales background, preferred on instrument and apparatus industry such as force torque, displacement,pressure sensors and amplifiers.

4. Team-work spirit, optimistic personality, confident and independent.

5. Fluent in written & spoken English.

6. Ability to take business travel.
