manages correctly administrative tasks, in terms of accuracy and regularity of the accounting records and reliability of fiscal data
drafts budgets the company, in the observance of the accounting and tax principles and the Group;
prepares budget, forecasts, monthly reporting and procedures of the group on time
cost control and profitability by product lines
promote the necessary improvements for an efficient and effective internal control system (Stock, Cash, Payroll, etc.)
supervise the execution of administrative activities associated with the business process (active and passive cycle, treasury)
manage the treasury, in accordance with the procedures of the Group, updating weekly cash flow forecasts for the company and agreeing the methods of intervention with the Group CFO
manage relationships with lending institutions, auditors and tax advisors and local law
analyze, implement, monitor and manage the activities of the function in respect of the fiscal, legal, corporate constantly
coordinate projects undertaken by management, involving reality in terms of administrative and fiscal
monitors the Business Trend through analysis of KPI, the financial assets and their deviations from the budget
supports the Managing Director in analyzing development opportunities, drafting business plan
supports the Managing Director for all economic and financial activities of the opening; coordinating and supporting all activities for competence
perform special projects provided by Senior Management


Key Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting, ACCA/CPA is preferred
at least ten years of financial management experience; at least five years of working experience in senior financial management in multinational companies
outstanding achievements in recent five years at one’s position
good understanding of and rich practical experience in the rules of domestic and foreign capital operation.
familiar with tax, internal control, AR/AP, fixed assets, cash and bank, as well as financial and management reporting, planning and business development
big 4 or internal audit, Retail Company, corporate finance, consulting, treasury, ERP, GAAP/IFRS reporting experience is preferred, though not required
familiar with financial and accounting software tools and systems with high Level computer skills especially Excel
high level of economic and finance knowledge in complex organization
attracted by high business growth per annum. Enjoys a challenge, responsibility and involvement in decision making
international economic and treasury background
high level of comfort working with programmers and database experts to understand information to generate reporting
strong analytical mindset, ability to quickly identify and articulate the components of a complex project or issue
