Specific Duties and Responsibilities





Publishing Project Management (key function):




Draw up and track oversea project publishing plan.


Make product plan and market plan for oversea market.


Communicate with oversea publishers and coordinate with the in-house dev team to co-produce the local version for relevant oversea territories.


Participate in project meetings to decide together the product version for oversea territories.


Proactively find out the bottlenecks in oversea publishing process and improve the workflow.


Organize weekly or regular internal meetings, conference calls to ensure the oversea publishing plan is carried out in time and under excellent quality control.


Sales and Business Development (minor function):




Proactively build and manage relationships with licensees and potential partners worldwide.


Identify, negotiate, and close deals (engine licensing, game licensing) worldwide for Yingpei Games.


Oversee execution of signed deals by ensuring that both partners and Yingpei carry out their mutual obligations; look for opportunities to expand existing relationships with new business opportunities.


Participate in the revenue forecasting process for any closing deals or signed deals in Greater China, SEA countries and rest of the world.





Qualifications & Experiences





Strong background in sales and business development in China, with at least 3 years of relevant sales or business development related experience.


At least 3 years direct experience working in the computer game industry, or other closely related industry such as the online or mobile space.


Excellent teamwork and team management skills; at least 3 years previous management experience.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Passion for online game products.


Good analytical skills with a high attention to detail, with previous experience modeling new revenue streams and owning and updating a revenue forecast.


Demonstrated leadership abilities; very comfortable taking initiative and working with minimal supervision, occasionally under tight deadlines.


Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken).


Previous experience working in a multinational corporation a plus.
