? Plan and organize the production activities of the plant to ensure that the required products are manufactured in time to meet the customer demands
? Control the use of all resources, i.e., man, machine, and materials to ensure that production costs are minimized and efficiencies are maintained
? Maintain high quality standards in all phases of production activity – raw materials, work in process, and finished goods
? Ensure that all production activities are done in accordance with health and safety procedures
? Maintain high morale among all employees by promoting and enforcing effective human relations practices
? Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
? Monitor the performance of employees and take appropriate action regarding promotions, demotions, transfers, leaves, and disciplinary actions
? Promote cross training across all areas of production to enhance efficiency and flexibility
? Enforce the continuous flow of production from start to completion, consistent to “Lean Manufacturing” methodology with a focus on Cost Savings
? Provide leadership in the assigned area to ensure that all employees follow the correct procedures in reporting material and labour transactions in Vantage
? Recommend training programs to upgrade the skills of employees under direct supervision
? Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification
? 5 years of progressive experience in the store fixture industry or related industry that involves custom metal and wood operations
? Highly organized with the tenacity to succeed in a constant high-pressure environment
? Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and influence people at all levels internally and externally
