Design and supervise the execution of standard of procedure, monitor the supplier related qualifications, and control the in-process quality activities with the objective of meeting the quality requirement within TN's quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE)
Conduct material qualification, system qualification to new suppliers and annually system qualification to existing suppliers;
Send VFR to suppliers about issues with raw material quality;
Follow up corrective actions; organize periodical review regarding the VFR information to support the purchasing department in order to ensure suppliers quality standards meet TN's quality requirements.
In-process Control
Prepare, update and maintain the qulity control plans;
Coordinate to establish the MRB (material review board) team in order to resolve NCR issue and assure in-process quality.
Quality Engineering - SOP
Draft SOP for quality-related activities;
Review and update the criteria board;
Provide technical training to inspectors in order to provide the guiding principles for quality production.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with technical background
Minimum 3 years quality-related experience
Be familiar with quality tools, such as FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP and etc
Detail-oriented, fact-driven, analytical skill
