Overview:
Interface with customer, conduct sales order processing and related follow up, arrange the delivery and related clearance, maintain good relationship with customers and keep sales order records with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction with TE's products and services within corporate policies, procedures and systems
Main responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Order Processing
(i) Process order fulfillment via telephone, fax, e-mail, EDI and customer website;
(ii) acknowledge customer orders after receiving information from Material Department;
(iii) deal with customer queries relating to deliveries, price and product information;
(iv) coordinate with internal parties to improve on time delivery performance;
(v) regular backlog review and overdue backlog clean up;
(vi) take whatever necessary steps to prevent cancellations/ lost business and communicates information to Field Sales;
(vii) regular inventory review for customer special stocking programs,work with customer and internal team to keep the inventory at a reasonable level;
(Viii) timely review early warnings for reschedule dates and reason codes and proactively relate this information to the customers and field sales to reduce number of drop ship carried out from TE reason;
(ix) RMA/CR/DR/FOC handling and follow up;
(x) establish new accounts based on customer supplied information; request and coordinate material master creation into SAP system;
(xi) work with customer, sales team and finance department to resolve delinquent account receivable in order to ensure customer satisfaction with TE's services.
2. Delivery Processing
(i) coordinate with customer for AR payment;
(ii) review inventory and check with customer for delivery list;
(iii) make sure CRD aline with the delivery date;
(iv) create delivery/shipment/picklist, process w/h system, and coordinate with w/h;
(v) coordinate with customer for shipping docs, clearance docs for customs clearance;
(vi) coordinate with logistics to ensure clearance process smoothly, and delivery to customer on time;
(vii) cooridnate with logistics/finance for payment docs and invoice.
3. Customer Orientation
Listen to customer requirement, develop relations with customer and undesrstand of customer needs; Drive related dept to take corrrective actions and improvement project/acitivities to increase customer service level
4. Internal Coordination
Strengthen relationships with Supply Chain, Field Sales, Finance, Logistics, Support Hubs, EDI, and other TE functions in order to get effective support from other departments and satisfy customer requirements.
5. PO/Contract Review
Before order entry, review each customer contract / PO to make sure it is in line with SAP system setup and terms and conditions requested by company; apply for approvals for any special terms and conditions in order to makecontract management in line with TE's policy and procedure.
6. Record Maintenance
(i)Secure all sales order data entered into SAP system timely and correctively;
(ii)control data error to minimum with help of SAP report; and
(iii)file all hard copy documents and records according to ISO and company policy requirements in order to ensure sales order data and documents can be kept completely, accurately and in line with the company retention polices.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service , delivery or supply chain management experience in electronics industry
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access, trend analytical tool experience prepferred.
- Had good communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent team player with the ability to participate on global teams.
