Responsibilities:
? Provide high-quality CAE support & develop the solution to the product and manufacturing engineers to improve and validate product designs appropriately;
? Make professional analysis report to internal engineers or external customers to interpret simulation results clearly;
? Cooperate with test engineers to validate and improve the simulation accuracy;
? Develop easy-to-use analysis tools for product engineers to accelerate concept design;
? Leverage the global team CAE capabilities by developing advanced analytical approach on some specific research fields through teamwork;
? Develop engineering analysis capabilities in region and standardize workflow to improve work efficiency.
? Contribute in innovation.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering science - mechanical engineering, engineering mechanics or related disciplines;
? Minimum 3 years experience in theoretical modeling, 5+ years experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) approach;
? Skillful in using commercial software such as Ansys, LS-DYNA, Autodesk Simulation, AMI etc;
? Experienced in nonlinear analysis or vibration analysis;
? Knowledge of mechanical design and design of experiments;
? Familiar with at least one 3D modeling tool, SpaceClaim is preferred;
? Familiar with connector products is a plus;
? Sound technical writing and presentation skills;
? Self motivated and accountable;
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
? Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
