Qualification/Experience:

Bachelor Degree or above in finance related;
Knowledge and practice in risk management and internal control setup
Minimum 5 years working experience in Finance, Audit, and Internal Control areas;
Big Four/ Flooring industry experiences are preferred
Background in risk management is preferred
Strong interview, communication and presentation skills
High level of energy and ability to energize others, openness and passion for improving processes and control
Good spoken and written English are preferred
Proficiency in Office software, especially in PPT

Job Responsibilities：

1. Assist to setup internal control framework for the company, prepare and document the internal control matrix/ internal control manual.
2. Conduct internal control self-assessment, review and assess policies and comment from internal control perspectives, assist to scope for evaluation.
3. Evaluate the internal controls through walkthrough and testing, summarize the control weakness and draft reports to management.
4. Participate to work out the remediation plans addressing control weakness, facilitate and monitor the implementation of remediation plans, provide internal control training if necessary.
5. Support business assurance, internal Audit and external Audit, assist to perform other audit project, like 3rd party audit, store audit.
6. Other assignments and tasks from FD
