Job Responsiblities:

-Handle communication with Customer, Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Supervisor, Suppliers

-Update activities reports and WMS system to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy.

-Report exception cases to management

-Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service

-Communicate with operation staff to make sure operation result under Standard operation procedure (SOP) and meet client KPI standard.

Requirements:

-College graduate or above

-With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.

-General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation

-Able to express ideas clearly in written and spoken English and Putonghua

-Be familiar with general computer skills

-A good team player.
