Job Purpose
Based on our Account Plans and Sales strategies, work with Sales Manager's to create new customers and demand whilst supporting Assigned/base customer requests with available solutions
Key Responsibilities
Management of:
? Prospecting and the development of new accounts and/or new applications within existing accounts
? The service and development of named assigned sales accounts and the development of good relationships within those accounts
? The balance between short-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed preset sales targets and increase market share
? Accurate and effective representation of our new business development status and messages to the customers detailing those developments
Participate in:
? Periodical price negotiation with the customers and renew contracts
? Account Planning annually and periodical update
? Development and updating of strategic Business Plans for all target accounts.
? Imputing of opportunities in SFDC
Monitor:
? The market and industry to identify new applications (design in) to initiate new business opportunities in key segments or customer base..
? Update and maintain all account information and activity in CRM
? And direct Distribution activity at assigned accounts, including design effort, pricing and delivery.
Work with:
? Sales Teams by recommending products that meet the requirements of the customer
? FAE, Quality and Sales Management Teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints
? Other functions within to ensure product delivery dates align with the expectations of the customer
? FAE, MKT Teams and Product Lines to provide accurate, effective and timely acquisition of customers' technical information
? Finance for the timely payment from customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
EMS business experience is preferred.
