工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The engineer will work with product management and line management to analyze customer requirements. They will be involved with design/development/test/support of software products and applications to meet these requirements using Agile development methodologies. They will collaborate closely with Diebold software engineering teams in IDC, Brazil, China and the USA. They will be involved with software estimation, and analyzing the architecture of new developments, and will mentor new associates that join the team.

? Proficient in C/C++, visual development environments, Windows XP operating systems, object oriented technologies.
? Low-level Windows device driver background including kernel mode driver experience is a plus.
? Good interpersonal skills, team oriented, able to work on international development teams with diverse members. Good written and oral communication skills in English. Able and interested in occasional travel to the USA.
? Working experience with UML (Unified Modeling Language). Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
? Test tools experience a plus - Klocworks, BoundsChecker, PerfMon. Software configuration management tool experience.
? Quick learner, eager self starter, able to come up to speed in new tools and technologies quickly.
