Job Title: Technical Support Engineer-Multi-ATM Brands Support
Number Required: 2
Working Location: Shanghai
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Lead Multi-Vendor ATM hardware and software, technical & systems support, for internal/external customers.
2. Provide the Multi-Vendor ATM Hardware technical training to the field
3. Accept problems reported from field. Retain ownership of all Field Reported problems until the issue is resolved or an alternative solution is identified, communicated, and accepted by the customer.
4. Provide onsite support as required, to assist with troubleshooting ATM issues.
5. Able to effectively lead multi-functional teams in problem analysis and resolution.
6. Able to accurately identify and communicate trends being seen in field reported problems.
7. Demonstrate leadership by assisting and mentoring others (both inside and outside of the department) in troubleshooting of problems. Could manage support related projects.
8. Represent customer with a high level of technical professionalism and competence to any level of customer representative.
9. Support sales technical related work as presale person of Multi-vendor.
10. Work with lab equipment to duplicate and troubleshoot problems reported from the field.
11. Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of Service and Customer Documentation.
12. Other duties as assigned by manager.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. Bachelor degree, Major in computer science, industry automation, mechanical and electrical engineering
2. At least 3 years of ATM Products maintenance experience. Hitachi, Wincor-Nixdorf, NCR or other brands ATM experiences are strongly preferred
3. Demonstrated fast-learning capability and willingly to accept new challengers
4. Good project management skills and communication skills.
5. Strong computer knowledge background
6. Strong mechanical and electric background
7. Good English skills
8. Good interpersonal skills, ability to handles stress, problem-solving skills, and time management skills
