职位描述
? Provide the leadership to the Security Management team at the client site
? In consultation and collaboration with all functions managers oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staff.
? Ensure client satisfaction with the client Facilities Management team by providing a seamless interface into the client’s real estate organization.
? Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
? Understand the Security Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with functional managers and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.
? Support the Client in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.
? Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.
? Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
? Proceed Security Operation on security guards management, training and related aspects to ensure all performance get alliance with client’s standards and policies.
? Conduct the Security Badge Operation procedure,
? Conduct the Vender management involves security guard service and system maintenance service,
? Conduct Security related expansion project with clients and project team on technical support.
? Conduct Safety Operation involves Emergency response and first aid creation.
Conduct equipment life cycle management on security system and related safety equipment.
? Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.
? Conduct Emergency management on Business Continuity plan.
? Conduct EHS management on Safety and environment and Health within cilent corporate site around China.
? Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.
? Share best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for JLLIFM.
