岗位职责 Responsible:

Assist sales manager to complete daily work, such as following:

l Follow up and maintain good relationship with existing customers

l Review RFQ and prepare quotes as well as to lead the internal cost analysis according company guidelines and raw material cost

l Follow up on each quotation and negotiate the prices and terms with customers

l Conduct sales and product meeting and presentation to customer

l Provide sales and marketing weekly report, including expenses to sales manager.

Handle all commercial issue with customer, such as contract, overdue payment, customer release schedule, warranty cases etc.

岗位要求 Requirement: l Bachelor degree either in business administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration matters l Strong interpersonal and communication skills l Must have knowledge how to prepare a quote and understand cost calculation process of machining l Must have computer skills as required; (e.g., Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint etc.). l Good knowledge in purchasing, automobile industry, quality, cost and international trade l Mature, honest, responsible, aggressive and able to work under pressure l English communication is required.
