【职位详述】

职位一：美资汽车零部件公司【供应商品质管理经理SQM】：1位

公司简介：一家著名美资汽车零部件生产企业，主要设计、生产和销售汽车散热器装置，是通用、福特、克莱斯勒三大汽车公司的指定供货商。

工作地点：常驻上海，平均每月有15天左右需在南通、宁波、台州三地出差，不出差时可住家办公。

薪酬待遇：年薪税后30-40万，五险一金，双休，不出差时可在家办公。

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the quality and audit requirement of customers/TDI and transfer these requirements clearly to the team of the CJVs

2. Help the CJVs maintain, update and implement their Layer Audit Schedule

3. Conduct internal process and quality audit on the CJVs according to the Layer Audit Plan to ensure that the CJVs are following the procedures defined in quality control system, e.g. Production Flow, Work Instruction, Control Plan, and are in compliance with TS16949 and QS9000 requirement

4. Assist, follow up and verify with TDI on-site personnel and CJV team members for the progress and result of any corrective actions developed to address the audit findings

5. Provide on-site training and development to CJV quality personnel to perform process and quality audit effectively

6. Give on-site support to CJVs for customer audit to ensure a full customer satisfaction being achieved by the CJVs

7. Review, with CJV quality engineers, Control Plans for new programs

8. Help CJVs in their review of external quality complains about product nonconformities for root causes and corrective actions, and in their 8D analysis and report

9. Work as a communication bridge between TDI US Quality and the CJV team

10. Report faithfully and timely to VP China for any issues that may lead to serious quality problems

Requirements:

1. Be honest and speak out facts

2. A college degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing, or Industrial management

3. Over 3 years of hands-on and on-the-production-floor work experience in quality control and assurance with a multi-national company in automotive industry

4. Good knowledge and experience in using tools like PPAP, APQP, etc.

5. Very familiar with QS9000 and or TS16949 quality system

6. Focus on details and facts

7. Good English communication skills in oral, reading and writing

8. Self-motivated and hard-working attitude

9. Willing and be able to travel over 50%

Job Description

1. The site manager serves as a chief representative of TDI at the CJV, acting as the ears, eyes, and mouth of TDI. He reports to TDI timely any important activities, information and feelings concerning our JV partner that have an effect on our business. As a TDI staff, he sounds TDI’s voice and carries TDI messages to the JV partner.

2. The site manager becomes the bridge between TDI and CJV. This role is very critical. The site manager must work with great efforts in this function to make sure that the messages from each side are correctly, clearly, effectively, and with respect, communicated to the other side so there is no existence of any confusion and bad feeling toward each other.

3. The main objective/responsibility of the site manager is to achieve a stable and satisfactory service and supply of product with quality by the CJV to TDI and its customers around the globe.

4. To achieve the above, the site manager must be able to establish a very strong, trusted and respected relationship with the team members of the CJV partner and with TDI staff in the US.

5. The site manager, by spending good amount of his time on the production floor, must stand on top in detail of all the key programs and the related key issues going on at the CJV, such as delivery date for prototype, quality problems and control, drawing issues, customer on-site audit, etc.

6. The site manager needs to conduct a process audit periodically about the production lines to ensure product quality.

7. The site manager needs to coach, manage and develop his subordinates.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related discipline.

2. Over three years of hands-on experience in a management position in a manufacturing environment with a multi-national company.

3. Manufacturing or quality-control experience in automotive industry. Experience in heat transfer product a big plus.

4. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking.

5. Good skills in managing multiple tasks and setting priorities.

6. Ability to focus on details.

7. Self-starter, team spirit and result orientated.

8. Good interpersonal skills.

COMPANY：一家著名美资汽车零部件生产企业，主要设计、生产和销售汽车散热器装置，是通用、福特、克莱斯勒三大汽车公司的指定供货商。

LOCATION：分别驻上海、台洲、宁波

C&B：年薪10-15万，包吃住，双休，五险一金。

Responsibilities:

1.Work with the team for quality improvement and problem solving

2.Play a key role during customer quality audit

3.Respond to customer complain, work with other departments to determine root cause, conduct failure parts analysis and 8D procedure

4.Act as a liaison person between the CJV and TDI US Quality Personnel

5.Perform quality system and process internal audits, complete quality system surveys, and manage the calibration program.

6.Support the successful launch of new products through advanced quality planning (APQP)

7.PPAP review/inspection/qualification

8.Audit and train local suppliers involving quality control and problem solving

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in mechanical or related engineering.

2.Minimum 3 years of relative work experience in a manufacturing environment, where metal stamping, assembly, etc. are involved. Automotive industry a plus.

3.Well experienced with APQP, TS, ISO and WARRANTY etc.

4. Good knowledge of quality control, problem solving skills (8D)

5. Fully capable to review drawing (GD&T) and conduct dimensional measurement.

6. Good command of English, both speaking and writing.

7. People person with good interpersonal skills.

8. Computer skills using MS Office tools a must.
