职位描述
Job Description:
1. Measurement & Process for Automotive business expand; focus on project management;
2. Determine sales targets and appropriate measures for the China automotive business;
3. Evaluate existing China automotive distribution channels, make recommendations and execute implementation of channel structure needed to achieve the China growth objectives.
4. Conduct monthly funnel reviews with sales for projects and opportunity;
5. Maintain/improve the automotive project measurement and reporting process.
6. Determine technical training requirements for effective execution in field sales. Ensure materials get developed and field sales engineers complete the requirements as necessary.
7. Manage and improve quotation/special pricing process and technical support performance.
8. Work with Customer Support team to implement process/structure/tools that supports increased efficiencies of the outside sales organization.
9. Assess competitive landscape and provide regular updates to sales and product teams, including product/project updates.
10. Cooperation with HQ to push China automotive business.
Qualification:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in technology or automation;
2. 5+ years of sales experience with a specific focus on team building, company brand enhancement & high paced growth
3. Broad experience and expertise within the motion control business
4. Channel management experience
5. New product launches& promotion experience
6. Global customer experience
7. Knowledge of China automotive market
8. Fluent English – both spoken and written
Work experience:
1. Skilled in influence without authority; a true communicator, motivator and is viewed as leader who buys into and communicates change skillfully.
2. Work for China automotive at least 3 years or more;
3. Familiar with all Car maker factory and OEM in China;
4. Negotiation skills
5. Goal-oriented
6. Customer contact and application knowledge in automotive;
7. Must be willing to travel at least 50% during the year.
8. Strong business acumen, pragmatic, resourceful;
9. Sense of high urgency – action focused, thoughtful risk taker.
