A global provider of software engineering and IT consulting services with the headquarters in USA is looking for a Software Engineer base in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Algo-related requirements and provide possible solutions
- Fix bug and enhance existing Algo system
- Troubleshoot Algo-related issues in both test and production environment
- Follow existing high standard practice throughout the lifecycle of development
- Use Bugzilla to track each development task properly
- Assist the support team in QA environment setup and system upgrade in production
- The Algo system is not an isolated system, also need to grasp the key upstream systems like OMS (Order Management System)
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with both business people and other teams

Key Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of industry experience in C++ development
- Have working experience in Linux/Unix-like platform and have strong skill in Unix/Perl scripting
- Good written and oral communication skill in Chinese and English
- Good problem solving skills. Able to work independently
- Familiar with mainstream databases, like Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MS SQL
- Familiar with code repository management such as subversion
- Experience or knowledge of China A-shares trading
- University degree in Information Technology or related majors

Plus experience:
- 3-6 years working experience in IT department, preferably in investment banks or securities firms;
- Knowledge of FIX protocol
