职位描述
General Purpose:
Manages the staffing/employment function and activities. Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements. Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire. Develops and administers employee referral programs. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns. May serve as or oversee website content expert for Staffing & Recruitment. May maintain manpower planning system and provide guidance to management on employment matters and/or affirmative action plans, as applicable. Submits reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. to Human Resources staff and/or senior management, as appropriate. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Principle Accountabilities: Duties performed in this role vary depending on the business unit, location or product being manufactured. Following is a list of possible duties:

? Sourcing and candidate´s management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional management experience, specialized in talent acquisition. Manufacturing exposure is highly desirable. Bachelor´s degree is mandatory.
- Sourcing channels, demographic trends, staffing strategies, negotiation skills, project management.
- Impacts the near-term operational success of the function. Creates functional processes or technologies. Executes and provides input to functional strategic plans and objectives for site. Demonstrates experience in leading major initiatives and provides input to those initiatives.
- Exercises independent judgment using ambiguously defined procedures and policies. May propose/provide input to defining methods, standards, policies and procedures. Decisions and recommendations may impact multiple departments and functions. Facilitates team in making group decisions.
- Normally receives no instruction. May lead projects or teams. Demonstrates skills in teaching, leading and mentoring. Models appropriate behavior in support of Flextronics values.
