职位描述
岗位职责:
Manages and develops regional accounting team, in compliance with Group & Local accounting standards, policies and guidelines. Provides sound financial information to Business Units to enable them to make decision in according with company’s strategy and objectives.
Accounting
? Closes the monthly accounts of Regional legal entities (P&L, Balance Sheet)
? Performs the yearly accounts closing and deals with the local declaration requirements
? Handles the Tax declaration and duties (Business Tax, Individual Income Tax, Corporate income tax and any other taxes)
? Performs both external and internal auditing works
? Ensures Group accounting guideline under IFRS accounting principles are applied / observed all over China
? Ensures that China accounting processes (AP, AR and Fixed Assets, etc) are available and well distributed
Treasury & Cash Flow
? Re-conciliates monthly and adequately
? Controls cash-In process through close monitoring of balance
? Ensures the cash management and that sufficient balance covers the payroll payment and operational needs
? Ensures that the payment transactions are duly authorized documented and that payment process is run smoothly
? Prepares rolling cash flow forecast and follow up
? Optimizes cash flow proactive meetings / achieve plan
Reporting and controlling
? Manages the review and analysis of the General Ledger and trial Balance
? Provides to management sound monthly information related to LGO, spot analysis, provisions booked review
? Budget / Forecast process: Performs monthly budget and forecast on Balance sheet and cash flows accordingly to P&L assumption
Team Management
? Manages the accounting team, gives clear objectives
? Designs Job description for each accounting department position
? Defines Training needs and evaluates the associates and potential talents, designs a succession planning
? Designs Key performance indicators for the department and designs work efficiency tools
Policy and Process
? Drives the documentation of accounting processes,in connection with the related tools (SAP, Excel, Essbase, etc)
? Ensures that Best practices are in place known and applied thoroughly
? Participates in Finance and other SF / Operations workshops where required / needed
? Participates in the set-up of Finance & Accounting “Chart”
? Participate in set-up China Finance procedure / policy and ensure they are implemented
Supporting to operation
? Provides solution, and participates in designing efficient working process according to new business needs
? Provides on time proactive support to operation .
Communication
? Ensures smooth communication towards Operation and other Support functions
? Ensures the respect, understanding and application of SODEXO philosophy, core values and ethical principles
任职要求:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above , with 5 years and above of accounting working experience and at least 1 year and above management experience;
2. Accounting skill and familiar with ERP
3. Report analysis skill
4. Familiar with tax (BT, VAT) skill
5. Communication skills both in oral and writing
6. Strong management skills on multi-service teams
7. Multi-task management skill
8. Solid computer skills (Office Software – Word,Excel,PPT)
9. Fluency in spoken and written English
